  1. Good building, slow maintenance

    The amenities are excellent and the building is kept very clean. My dishwasher took eleven days and three follow-ups to get repaired, though. When maintenance does come they're friendly and tidy. I'd like the portal to show where a request actually is.

  2. Leasing team made the move simple

    Toured on a Thursday, applied that night, had keys ten days later. They sent a clear move-in checklist and booked the service elevator for me. The outdoor lounge with the bocce court sold me on it.

  3. Lovely building, priced like it

    I toured three places on Carling. Rhythm had the best finishes and amenities by a distance. It's also the most expensive of the three, so whether it's worth it depends on how much you'll use the gym and lounges.

Rhythm is a rental tower on Carling Avenue, beside Westgate Shopping Centre, a short walk from Westboro’s shops and cafés and a few minutes from the 417. Studio, one and two bedroom suites sit above a podium of shared amenities.
