Review guidelines

Reviews here are only useful if readers can trust them. These are the rules every review is held to, whatever its rating.

What makes a useful review

Write about your own experience of the building: your suite, the amenities you’ve used, how requests were handled, what the neighbourhood is like. Specific details help people most. A review that says the gym is busy at 6 pm is more useful than one that says the gym is bad.

Every rating is treated the same

One-star reviews are published exactly as five-star reviews are. Reviews are never held back, reordered or removed because of their rating or because they’re critical. The overall score is the plain average of every published review.

What gets removed

Naming staff for good or poor service is fine. Keep it to how they did their job.

Editing

Reviews are never edited. A review either meets these guidelines and is published as written, or it doesn’t and it isn’t.

Responses

Building management may post one public response under a review. Responses are shown in full, and don’t change the review or its rating.

Reporting a review

If you think a review breaks these guidelines, email contact@rhythmoncarling.com with a link to it and the reason. If it’s your own review and you want it taken down, send the request from the email address you used to write it.
