  1. Best gym I've had in a rental

    The fitness centre is properly equipped: two squat racks, a full dumbbell run to 90 lb, and it's rarely busy before 7 am. The yoga studio next door is quiet enough that I use it for stretching most evenings. Floor to ceiling windows on the 19th floor are worth the rent on their own.

  2. Easy with a dog

    The pet spa is used more than anything else in the building, and for good reason: raised tub, warm water, a dryer. The side streets toward Westboro make an easy evening loop. Westgate being next door means groceries and the vet are close.

    Toured on a Thursday, applied that night, had keys ten days later. They sent a clear move-in checklist and booked the service elevator for me. The outdoor lounge with the bocce court sold me on it.

    We booked the party lounge for a birthday. Booking through the portal took two minutes and it was spotless when we arrived. The eSports lounge has become a Friday night thing for a few of us on our floor.

Rhythm is a rental tower on Carling Avenue, beside Westgate Shopping Centre, a short walk from Westboro’s shops and cafés and a few minutes from the 417. Studio, one and two bedroom suites sit above a podium of shared amenities.
